About Me

I graduated in 2007 from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, Massachusetts- a 900 hour program that gave me a solid foundation in the skills needed to address a wide range of the common causes of muscle tension, pain and dysfunction.   I left there with a toolbox full of techniques to coax muscles to relax and return to proper balance.

I  continue to search out additional tools and have found that by adding elements of CranioSacral therapy, Myofascial Release and Reflexology to my sessions, and incorporating warm towels and hot stones I am I am able to maximize the effectiveness of each massage. 

I am also a Certified Oncology Massage practitioner and find working with clients as they navigate through cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery is one of the best gifts of the career I have chosen.

Most recently, I have become certified in Massage Cupping and am very excited about the results I am seeing with clients using these new techniques.
